How can I get a quote?

Yes, you can easily request a free quote online. No hidden costs – everything is clearly displayed in one complete overview, ready to print or save.

How can I book a vehicle?

Once you've found a quote that suits your needs, you can book your motorhome easily by clicking the ‘Book now’ button. Most vehicles are confirmed instantly. If the quote mentions “on request,” availability will be checked first before your booking is finalised.

Do I need a special drivers license to drive a motorhome?

In most countries, a standard category B driving licence is sufficient. In Europe, a special licence may be required for heavier vehicles – this is always clearly indicated. Minimum age requirements vary by country and rental company, and some may require at least 2 years of driving experience.

Do we have to stay in a hotel after arrival or can we pick up the motorhome right away?

In North America, most rental companies require you to spend your first night in a hotel after an intercontinental flight, before collecting your motorhome.

In Australia and New Zealand, same-day pick-up is usually allowed (depending on depot opening hours). However, if you’re arriving from Europe, we recommend spending your first night in a hotel for safety reasons.

Is the motorhome brought to the airport on request?

No. All motorhomes must be picked up and returned at the rental company’s depot during regular business hours. Most depots are located near the city’s international airport, though some may be further away. Transfer details and depot locations are shown in your online quote. In some cases, transfers can be booked as an extra service.

We would like to travel with our children for a few weeks. Shall we rent a motorhome ?

Yes! Travelling by motorhome is one of the easiest and most comfortable ways to explore the offered countries – whether they're under 12 or older. The motorhome quickly feels like their “home on wheels”, with a familiar place to sleep, eat, and keep their belongings. It’s often much easier for both children and parents than constantly unpacking and changing hotels or motels.

Can I rent a child seat with my motorhome?

Child seat availability and options vary by country and rental company. For each motorhome type, we indicate whether child seats can be installed and how many. In some cases, child or booster seats can be rented through the rental company – this is indicated during the booking process.

What do I need a generator for and is it necessary to purchase the use in advance?

The generator provides 110-volt power when you're not connected to an external power source at a campsite. It can be used to run appliances such as the air conditioner, microwave, and other electrical devices.

If you're not plugged in, the motorhome's basic systems run on the battery. Generators are not available in all motorhome types, and their use typically incurs an additional charge. Please note that generators are often not allowed to run at night on campgrounds.

Do I need a credit card to book a motorhome and how is that for the deposit?

Yes, a credit card is required both to pay for the booking and when picking up the motorhome. The booking payment is made by credit card via our secure online system.

At pick-up, the rental company also requires a credit card for the security deposit – even if no deposit is charged due to the insurance level. Depending on the rental company's policy, this may be a hold (authorisation) or an actual charge of several thousand dollars.

The credit card must be in the name of the main driver, who must be present at vehicle collection. If your credit limit is too low for the deposit, your bank may allow a temporary increase.
