Round trip Scotland

For example, Scotland still has its own flag, pounds and language spoken there. The weather can sometimes be a bit erratic and changeable, but this also gives a certain charm to the country. It makes for beautiful green nature with sometimes thought-provoking pictures of misty lakes and sun rays breaking through the dark gray clouds. Vacations England

England is best known for its vibrant cities, such as London, Liverpool and Manchester. But versatile England has so much more to offer. From multicultural cities to medieval towns with the most beautiful castles and from rugged cliffs to lovely rolling green hills with ruined stone walls. Various nature reserves and national parks can be found throughout the country, such as; the Lake District National Park, North York Moors National Park and Peak District among others, each with their own unique character.

Beautiful deserted coastlines characterize the landscape in southwest England, historic castles with beautiful gardens can be found in the southeast and the picturesque area of rolling hills with golden cornfields and stone cottages in central England. Further north you will find steep mountains and sparkling lakes. Famous landscapes from movies and TV series, such as Harry Potter, Robin Hood or Pride and Prejudice are scattered throughout the country.

Vacations Wales

Wales is a quirky little country and has a combination of all the highlights of the United Kingdom together. The high mountains of Scotland, the rugged coasts of southern England and the green hills of Northern Ireland. It also has some of Britain's most magnificent castles, such as Conwy and Caernarfon. Wales is about half the size of the Netherlands, making it perfect for exploring by motorhome, especially if you don't want to drive long distances. Wild camping is not allowed everywhere here like in Scotland, but it is sometimes tolerated. Always check with an information center or the landowners first, as you can often camp on your own property. Take a campervan trip and be overwhelmed by the spectacular nature and unique culture.

Wales has a bit of everything to offer. In the north, much of it is taken up by the mountainous Snowdonia National Park with high peaks, cascading waterfalls and sparkling mountain lakes. In the middle, the landscape is mostly green with steep slopes and deep valleys of the Cambrian Mountains range, running all the way from north to south. In the southwest is the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park with a jagged coastline of rugged cliffs interspersed with wide beaches and small coves. With a little luck, you may see leaping dolphins at Cardigan Bay or perhaps see rare puffins off the coast on the islet of Skomer. Moreover, a visit to one of Wales' 600 castles is not to be missed.
